Westmere Retreat

I had an enjoyable 2 night stay. It's a great location and really comfortable cabin. Michelle was a great host as well.

Second time staying, comfortable, private and everything you need.

What a great space to be, privacy, with good facilities, shower, etc. This small house/bach was actually very comfortable, ticked all the boxes for being a great place to rest, one room for the bedroom, another room with the kitchenetter and lounge-room - perfect for those who need time away, far enough away from other houses, close enough to Whanganui city (5 minute drive to the main street). Well recommended for other to consider.

The only initial problem was finding the accommodation - once that was solved, it was pleasing to arrive at the site and find the bungalow situated in a private secure area. The hosts have their own residence, but there is no interaction unless you want interaction.

Stayed in a lot of different places the last few years, Westmere Retreat is absolutely one of the best. Immaculate presentation and outstanding facilities, along with a great location being tranquil but minutes from town.

Couldn't complain about anything, 10/10.
