Lovely spacious apartment, 3 minute walk to the lake

Nice host. Calm location.

Lack of sun in the rooms. No dedicated parking lot.

The property is located near the edge of the lake and is probably about 59 - 60 yards away. It’s a level walk. The property is spacious with 2 good size bedrooms and a large lounge. There are balconies on both sides of the apartment to make the most of the sun. The kitchen is well equipped and though small it’s has enough space for 4 adults. The property is very secure and clean. Our host was incredibly well organised with communications and photographs to show the property and clear instructions about how to access it. There are supermarkets within walking distance with restaurants nearby and a very useful shuttle bus to take you to Sirmione centre for a couple of euros. Also helpful suggestions about places to visit. Any questions we had were answered straight away and he is most helpful. The weather was beautiful and very hot and we were so glad of the air conditioning when the temperature reached 34 degrees. We had a lovely stay. If you have hired a car the location is a good starting point for many of the attractions around. My only suggestion would a couple of outside chairs for the balcony, but sun beds can be hired by the lake if you like to spend the day gently roasting! Altogether a very good choice.

This place was absolutely amazing, we loved every bit of the experience! The host is very friendly and helpful, the apartment itself has the BEST location to discover Sirmione and lake Garda. You have everything you need within walking distance! The apartment was immaculately clean and there is absolutely everything you can wish for, the kitchen is extremely well stacked. We cooked a lot when we were there and enjoyed the place very much! 100% recommendation, even 200% if we could give that!
