L'appartement est très bien fourni en équipements pour se sentir comme chez soi. La communication avec les propriétaires est excellente. La situation est intéressante, proche des commerces et de la plage. La possibilité d'avoir un garage est un vrai plus.

Les nuisances sonores extérieures à cause de la situation. Le manque de confort du clic-clac du salon.
