Alpenglow Lodge Studio with Pool Views by MVA

It was in a good location, and facilities were great to use

The rooms were not very clean! Bed was not comfortable at all, the middle of the mattress was sunk in. Staff was not accommodating to needs when asked. Also not sure why 10 pm is cut off for pool/hot tub on weekends too. Parking is expensive for a crappy hotel too

The pool facility, the front desk kind and helpful. Housekeeping very helpful.

The terrace was dirty and dusty and very small.

The room was bigger than we expected and it was great for the price. Loved that they had an outdoor hot tub. The location was great. We liked being right in the village. Parking was actually quite reasonable compared to other hotels/lots in the village.

We wished the hot tub was open a bit later. The elevator was not working which was a bit of a pain. We had to request a slightly later checkout, which was fine but 10 am normally seems a bit early. The price is always a lot in Whistler.
