"Very bad service and misleading staff"

Honestly we liked the location and the pool and hot tub

We didn't like how the front desk lady guided us to the wrong parking spot where as the parking would have been $15 dollars but we ended up paying $26 dollars . Then I go bit by insects . Their was ants in our bed . We also got disturbed three times by three different staff service knocking our door . One of the staff walked in our room while me and my girlfriend were in the bed . We were very unhappy with the service . I couldn't sleep all night I was in pain all night after an insect bite . Also the fire place didn't work . The front desk lady took up alot of our time and we could not even use the pool or hot tub properly for enough time she was talking to much
