Chiara Home Sorrento

The apartment was more luxurious than I expected and the bedrooms and bathrooms were fitted out really nicely. The terrace was amazingly large and provided a good view across Sorrento, the water and Mt Vesuivius. The washing machine came in very handy as did the clothes horse and pegs.

Our host meet us street side and was very warm in his welcoming! took us up stairs and valiantly showed us the apartment and all its features. Was thorough and easily to communicate with. location and view was spot on. close to shops and transport. Would live there if i could

Nothing to really dislike about the place or area. How ever had a problem with cooking on the induction elements. panel seemed to be very hot but not so much the pots and pans. possibly that the pans arent induction pans. Again, didnt stop us from cooking or enjoying our stay

The top floor view from the spacious patio was amazing! The apartment was exceptionally clean and well equipped. Each room had air conditioning and the beds were extremely comfortable making our stay very pleasant. Excellent communication from the host. Would recommend and will definitely stay here again.

No complaints

absolutely beautiful two bedroom, two bath apartment, updated and great view off of sea and downtown the extra large balcony area. A few minutes walking distance to train station and downtown. Able to walk to the port for ferry ride down the coast, although we had to walk down numerous steps to get down to water and then walk back up. Best to take a taxi if walking is an issue. Not a problem for us.

We did have some problems with the hot water not working, but Monica was extremely quick to respond and took care of the problem. Otherwise, everything was perfect. :)

Perfect location in Sorrento. Fantastic roof terrace with wonderful views.

Great location! The apartment is a short walk to the bus station, great restaurants, and shopping. The view is wonderful! The outdoor space was perfect and a great place to sit and relax outside. We loved that each bedroom had an en suite bathroom. Communication was great and our questions were answered immediately. Lastly, we felt very safe with the locking gate and building entry.

There is not an inside living room area. It wasn't an issue except when it rained, as the outdoor area is amazing and comfortable.

Very clean and fresh. Lovely to have so much out door space and furniture. The beds were amazing and comfortable. Great to have some basics in the house like coffee, oils etc. You could quite easily cook for your self there. Bathrooms were well appointed. Being on the 5th floor (with elevator) gives you an amazing view of Sorrento, Vesuvius and the bay ocean views.

These are all really minor and definitely not deal breakers. Some extra pillows would be nice for those us who like two each. One of the showers lacked a little pressure and didn't seem to get enough hot water (but the other was fantastic).

I know this has been said plenty of time but the terrace really is amazing and I think it is bigger then the inside space! The view over the bay is just lovely. I even appreciated having a view into the train and bus station so I could keep an eye on our connections. The location was great for getting the train in/out and for our day trips, and also to get the public bus to the Amalfi coast. (That bus was super busy even in November, and we had difficultly on one of the days when we couldn't get on two consecutive buses from Positano to Amalfi.) The addition of the microwave and washing machine was really appreciated too so we managed to get all of our clothes clean and dry mid-trip. It was very nice to have two ensuite bathrooms and the beds were comfy, and the hosts were friendly. We had a great stay!

Key pick up was a bit awkward as we arrived bang on the time arranged (and note Google wanted to incorrectly take us around the back of the block of flats) but we couldn't make contact with the hosts by phone or message for 30 mins standing at the front on the main road. It would be a good idea to share the Whatsapp contact details beforehand, especially if there is a delay but it all worked out in the end! It was windy and rainy for parts of our stay so sitting outside was not always possible - a parasol or awning (really heavy to survive the wind) would have been ideal.
