Tīra un ļoti mājīgi iekārtots dzīvoklis. Var just, ka īpašnieki ieguldījuši līdzekļus, jo mēbeles, trauki un aprīkojums ir no "prestižā gala". Mazāk kā 15 min. gājiena attālumā līdz teātrim. Ceru, ka nākamajā reizē, kad būšu Valmierā, atkal varēšu palikt šajā dzīvoklī.
