The location of the apartment is really next to the main square. The bigger Maxima supermarket is just two blocks away, and the lake can be reached in five minutes.

The floor is really squeaky, I was always felt a little ashamed when I got up during the night to walk to the kitchen or when I exercised in the apartment.
