The room and AC

Clean spacious rooms.

The living room does not have AC. For a serviced apartment there is no cutlery or cooking utensils provided - not even a knife to cut fruits (we had to request it). TV is not smart so you can't even put your netflix content on the TV. None of the decent channels on TV. Old fashioned single mini toilet soap. Guys you can move to atleast having soap dispensers - more hygienic and easier to use. All bedrooms have AC that works well.

The apartment was great. Big & open with two balconies. There's a vast green field at the back and the constant breeze was refreshing to say the least. We were surprised with just how clean they kept the building & apartment.

There are no facilities in the apartment. The kitchen had exactly 2 plates with 4 glasses. When we asked, they took out an induction plate and electric kettle from a store-room. There was no refrigerator! This was completely different from the photos which show a fully stacked kitchen.

No breakfast for ₹3000/night charges.
