Gorgeous Central Studio with Balcony, 2 mins to Beach and Pier

Loved the location and the whole place was absolutely beautiful. Very clean and everything we needed was there.

The property is in a great position and is a lovely bright open space. The bed is very comfortable and the balcony was a nice touch for sunny mornings or evenings. We were equipped with all we needed!

The room does get very hot for some reason, the air conditioning was essential! The balcony did need a bit of a clean up but was otherwise lovely.

Location was excellent, though parking was quite remote.

Very easy access to the property with super clear instructions - the front door is next to the back of a restaurant down an large alleyway so there can sometimes be restaurant staff on their break smoking which wasn’t the nicest but cannot be helped. Tabitha was incredibly helpful - she sorting out parking for us which was so gratefully received given how busy Worthing is on a sunny weekend. We had our 6 month old in tow so having clear instructions for keys, appliances, recommendations, etc. was truly a godsend. The apartment itself was clean & comfortable. It did get quite hot as we had great weather and it’s a real sun trap but the aircon worked well at cooling the room. The noise of the nightlife below was present but by no means disruptive - our 6 month old was probably more noisy than they! Overall, a lovely place in a great location. Perhaps not the best choice with a baby but that is a reflection on me not the accommodation! Safe to say we got a good workout in with the stairs 😆 Thanks so much for an enjoyable stay!

Absolutely perfect stay! I spent 2 nights at the Gorgeous Central Studio with Balcony in Worthing and it truly lived up to its name. The location couldn’t be better—just a couple of minutes from the beach and pier, yet tucked away enough to feel peaceful and private. The studio itself is beautifully kept, spotlessly clean, and thoughtfully laid out—ideal for a solo trip or a couple’s getaway. Tabitha is a fantastic host—her communication was spot on from the start: clear, timely, and super informative, which made checking in a breeze. You can tell she really cares about the space and her guests. Everything felt very well looked after, and all the little touches made it feel warm and welcoming. The balcony was a lovely bonus for morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening. Can’t recommend this place highly enough—already looking forward to staying again!

Spotlessly clean, well equipped studio with just about everything needed to make a short stay very pleasant. Fully equipped kitchen was a bonus. Lovely bright living area. Balcony was attractive but given the town centre location not something I used. Great to find accommodation where the bedroom curtains actually block out the light from outside.

My only comments would be that, as the living area adjoins the bed space, the net curtain on the window could really do with being a blackout like the bedroom curtains. Also, the bathroom mirror could do with a light above it - it was a bit tricky shaving when all the illumination was behind me.
