Being right in the centre, there was some noise at night.

Very comfy central location with shops, cafes, restaurants, cinema, the sea just outside. The balcony would be lovely in the summer, too cold while we were there but still nice to look onto.

The local street parking takes some getting used to but Tabitha arranged free permits for our whole stay which was sooo helpful. (Not really a didn't like at all!)

Didn't realise you had to park and walk to it down an alleyway.

I loved staying in this apartment; it's light, airy and beautifully designed. As a solo traveller it has all the facilities that you need to stay in and cook for yourself and then either curl up on the little velvet two seater settee, or use it as a base to visit friends and to go out. Parking is easy (thanks Tabitha for arranging the Zone A pass at no extra cost). The bed is super comfortable, it's quiet at night (despite being in the centre of town), and the little balcony adds space and character. The bathroom is brand new. It's exceptionally clean and all of the rooms have been newly fitted out. I would definitely stay there again.

Liked the location, layout and decor of the flat and that it had a balcony that was not overlooked. Aircon worked well which is needed on warm days. Good WiFi reception and communication with the owner. Nice little touches such as welcome pack with coffee/teas and biscuits. Was exceptionally clean.

Buzzing noises coming from the fridge/freezer (turned it off at night). Nearby night club called Manuka causing lots of noise on Friday and Saturday night with large rowdy groups of young drunken people passing by the flat all hours of the night causing sleepless night. So not a good idea to stay there in the weekend if you are not a deep sleeper or a party raver!
