O locație frumoasa! Aproape de centrul Tsilivi. Un restaurant excepțional este la 1 minut distanta cu revin foarte bun si mâncăruri delicioase.

Locale sporchissimo e maleodorante . In bagno c’era uno scolo dal quale usciva di tutto appena si apriva un rubinetto. I teli doccia erano neri per quanto sporchi. Gli armadi erano pieni delle loro cose e non avevano uno spazio dove poter mettere le nostre cose e abbiamo dovuto lasciare tutto nelle valigie.Abbiamo dovuto comprare vari prodotti per la pulizia e abbiamo perso mezza giornata della nostra vacanza per pulire.Si è allagata la casa mentre facevo la doccia in quanto è risalito tutto dallo scolo e il proprietario ci ha accusato di aver buttato carta nel water (tutto falso)e ci ha detto che non poteva risolvere il problema. Alla fine siamo stati costretti a lasciare l’appartamento perché non potevamo nemmeno utilizzare il bagno e abbiamo affittato un altro appartamento senza ricevere nemmeno un centesimo di rimborso nonostante abbiamo usufruito dell’appartamento soltanto due notti. Mai successa una cosa simile. Scandaloso!!!

Proximity to the restaurant next door was great. Staff was pleasant and generous which we appreciated.

No hot water for showers was a slight inconvenience. Kids had to share a bed in the second bedroom. we expected bunk beds as seen in the photos, so I recommend the owner update his photos.

- Very near to Zakinthos! - It has 2 air conditionings, which worked very well. - Nice and comfortable terrace (upper apartment) - Comfortable beds. - The stuff very friendly ad helpful (he made offered us the dinner in his restaurant) - All the kitchen was complete and functioning well - Wash-machine present.

- Quite dusty! I wouldn’t say dirty. - Needs a bit of maintenance (bathroom). - Many dishes and glasses were dirty. - Bit noisy!

The apartment was spacious and well equipped with all the kitchen equipments needed to cook breakfast and dinner. Beds were comfortable and big, there was also Amazon Prime in the TV. Also it was a big advantage that there was washing/drying machine. The owner of the apartment has also the taverna named "Platanos" next to the house is which we enjoyed every dish we ordered (tavern was full every night) and we also had very good prices because we stayed in the apartment. We will book again for sure in Platanus Inn if we happen to be again in Zante.

Μείναμε στο διαμέρισμα για λίγες μέρες και πραγματικά ξεπέρασε κάθε προσδοκία. Ο χώρος ήταν μεγάλος, πεντακάθαρος και εξαιρετικά άνετος, ιδανικός για ξεκούραση μετά από τις εξορμήσεις στο νησί. Η τοποθεσία του επίσης πολύ βολική, κοντά σε παραλίες και κεντρικά σημεία. Επισης ο ιδιοκτήτης διατηρεί και εστιατόριο, στο οποίο φάγαμε ίσως το καλύτερο φαγητό που δοκιμάσαμε στη Ζάκυνθο! Γνήσιες τοπικές γεύσεις, φρέσκα υλικά και φανταστική εξυπηρέτηση.

Το σπίτι ήταν κοντά στην πόλη (10 λεπτά). Το ίδιο από την Μπόχαλη αλλά και το τσιλιβι. Επίσης ήταν μέσα σε αμπελώνες και ελαιώνες.

Η συμπεριφορά του προσωπικού του καταλύματος(μη επαρκή επικοινωνία για τα προβλήματα που αντιμετωπισαμε), η καθαριότητα εν γένει του καταλύματος και ειδικά του μπάνιου, η σχέση ποιότητας τιμής,τα προσωπικά αντικείμενα των ιδιοκτητών που υπήρχαν παντού στο σπίτι.
