Old Cape on the Marina - De Pond : Unit 6

If a deposit is to be paid then this should be made clear before arrival not during a stay.

Nothing, absolutely horrible

The person who help us was friendly.

The gas smell was a bit strong coming from the main house

The only nice thing was the location close to the marina but that is all.

So so small, looked a bit bigger on the pictures. Hot with no ventilation. Poor garden also needs love and attention and some water. My suggestion would be to make this unit a sleep 2 only with a better fan for more cool air when it is so hot.

It was Self cater

The fact that the welcome was not very friendly. Owner didn't know that we are coming in on the Saturday. We struggle to get into the property. we were waiting a while for service to get our key. And to top it off the owner got access to our Unit. From his house. And it's also not really pet friendly because the owner has 3 dogs in and out the house, so we had to look out for our puppy. One off their dogs we had to chase a few times out of our Unit. We didn't stay there for the 2 days we left early the next Morning.

Nothing

Place was dirty and dusty, bathroom was not clean. We didn't have hot water

Area safe and quiet Clean Friendly host

Light and plug did not work TV switches off randomly No space for my dog to do her business, everything is paved so whole stay was spent trying to get my dog to "go" somewhere.

Everything was perfect, facilities were open for use.

Braaiing equipment was on point utensils were available, shops were nearby
