"Nice apartment, that with a little effort could improve a lot"

The apartment has the right space for a family of four members (parents and two children), quite place, nice building.

Very minimal furnitures in the leaving room, no vacuum cleaner. Overall, the apartment was not ready to host a family for 10 days (e.g. there is a Nespresso machina but just few capsules; no bag to collect paper, plastic, other rubbish)
