Breakfast not included but facilities to make something if you wanted. Great coffee shops with breakfast right out your door. Loved the location-some may find it noisy but we felt it was lively and fun. Windows and balcony literally right above the boats and bars-great view.

It was noisy at night even with windows closed, but that is what to expect with the location so we were fine. Bed not comfortable at all is the only thing.

Check in was easy, Marcella the host is lovely. The most amazing views from the balcony. Not too many stairs! Vernazza is the perfect town to stay in. Lots of food choices.

La struttura è in una posizione splendida in piazza con vista mare esci di casa fai 20 metri e sei in spiaggia piena di locali e ristoranti posto davvero bello.

La struttura è senza una tv senza le comodità principali senza una pentola senza un fornello niente né caffettiera in pratica devi continuare a spendere soldi x qualunque cosa a sto punto è meglio un albergo. In più la padrona di casa una persona scortese e maleducata mela sono trovata dentro casa si è permessa di entrare dentro e menomale che io ero in casa ??? Non puoi stare tranquillo x che devi avere paura che ti entri in casa mentre uno è fuori e non voglio pensare male!!! E poi è molto cara con gli stessi soldi si può avere di meglio.

The location couldn't have been better. There was a balcony overlooking the town square which we enjoyed. The apartment was very clean. Marcella was great and easy to communicate with. Overall, our stay was wonderful!

Location is perfect, the balcony made it even more perfect! Short walk from train station, very comfortable
