There is a lot to love about this apartment! Location, location, location! The view of the harbor and town square is the best in Vernazza. This unit is the only one with a balcony. How pleasant it is to stand there like Juliet awaiting Romeo. Shakespeare must have envisioned a balcony just like this one. In addition to the location and seaside balcony, it is very clean, air conditioned, well-appointed, and comfortable. The owner is very gracious, responsive, and hospitable.

Quite possibly one of the best locations in Vernazza. The apartment was so easy to get to and had such a stunning view. Marcella was an amazing hostess. Would definitely visit again!

The only complaint I can think of was the 7am church bells across the piazza

We (adult family of 4) loved our stay at Da Marcella - great location, apartment and host. Marcella messaged via booking.com to confirm our arrival time and met us not far from the apartment to let us in and to run through everything including restaurant recommendations. Highly recommend!

Great location. Can be noisy due to nightlife downstairs but Marcella provides earplugs. Vernazza was crowded during the day and it was so great to escape to this apartment to get a break from the crowds. Also, not many steps to access the apartment… a rarity in the Cinque Terre!

Everything was fine. There isn’t a full kitchen - just a refrigerator and microwave, but that’s all we needed.
