It was a 20 minute walk to the ferry port so the location was good

We mentioned to the host that their wifi was not working. They told us to use the WiFi box, we turned it on and used the password and still did not work. We mentioned it a few times to the host and we were dismissed. Our mobile network was non existent in this location therefore was hard to plan the days ahead. The property was far too hot, one dusty fan is not enough to feel cool in the property. For future AC should be considered. The fan was dusty when you turn it on the dust will land on the bed. We came to the property, and had a 1/4 of a toilet roll. We told them where do they keep the spare toilet roll. We were told to check the locker..... we opened every cupboard therefore they did not provide the toilet roll. If you have guests staying over, it is worth having a full toilet roll next to the toilet and a spare one as well. My message to the host - please do better with regards to communication. we really needed your assistance while we were there, and we were truly disappointed.

Great location, very comfortable and clean. The outside space was perfect for the dog and us. The agent was good and answering our queries .

The location of the apartment was nice, in between the towns of Tremezzo and Lenno. The apartment itself was also okay, it was spacious and light, and the small garden was nice as well.

There were a few things that weren't optimal in the apartment. First of all, the floor of the apartment wasn't clean. Just from walking 5 minutes bare foot in the apartment, our feet got dirty and black. The rest of the apartment seemed clean though, so maybe they just forgot to clean the floor this time. There seemed to be some mold in the apartment (near the window), and also in the bathroom. It got very very hot in the room, even with the shutters closed. It was about 28 degrees celsius in the room, and there is no airconditioning. The fan, pointing towards the bed, did offer relief in the nighttime though. The shower head was too heavy for the holder, which caused it to keep falling down. The lamp on the second night stand seems to be purely placed there for decoration, as there is no socket on that side of the bed.
