Lokalita bola krásna, priamo v centre.

Fotografie nezodpovedajú ubytovaniu. Olupujú sa tam tapety aj farba na stenách, nefungovali riadiátory a striekala z nich voda, nefungovala rúra na pečenie, ubytovanie uvádzalo kávovar a žiaden tam nebol. Keď sme ubytovanie kontaktovali s nedostatkami ozvali sa nám až po našom odchode a presviedčali nás že všetko funguje. Celé ubytovanie je veľmi opotrebované a poničené, potrebovalo by opraviť a veľa vecí vymeniť.

Zapach z kanalizy mieszający się z wilgocią z łazienki, spacerujące w łazience i kuchni MRÓWKI FARAONKI, które wg zarządcy apartamentu „przyszły do resztek jedzenia i zmiotka powinna sobie z tym poradzić” Kabina prysznicowa zagrzybiona, a wg zarządcy miesiąc po remoncie. Poza kaloryferem w łazience działał tylko 1 olejowy grzejnik- 2 nie działały, a jest zima. Lodówka mroziła produkty zamiast chłodzić. Od Pani odpowiedzialnej za apartament po zgłoszeniu zaistniałej sytuacji do booking dostałam życzenia powodzenia w składaniu reklamacji i wskazówki, gdzie po sobie wyrzucić śmieci z apartamentu- bo tak robią uprzejmi wynajmujący. Czajnik i słuchawka prysznicowa zakamienione.

De vele trappen (persoonlijk voor mij minder ivm knie problemen). De kussens zijn flinterdun en echt aan vervanging toe. Helaas ook in de nacht veel kabaal van andere gasten maar dat reken ik onze host niet aan.

easy to follow instructions to enter the property. Only one small flight of stairs to enter the apartment. Wonderful view of the main square. Great location with everything in walking distance. Great shower, water pressure. Nice to have a washing machine to use. The host was quick to respond.

Need new pillows, they were paper thin. We were given one each to use. As I booked the mezzanine apartment with two beds, I requested having both beds made up. The host kept asked me why, and ensuring it was only two people since I only paid for two people. While I assured her this was the case (it was only two of us), I paid for an apartment with amenities that should have included the additional bed and bedding (otherwise why book a property with an extra bed?). Katerina told me she would include this. Upon our arrival, everything was all set, both beds, with bedding and extra towels which was great! When we checked out, I was asked by Katerina why we used all the towels and all the bedding! I told her, if it's available to use, why wouldn't we? As it was, we used the extra two pillows since the one each we had were so thin, and used the extra bedding because we paid for it!! She talked about it costing extra money to launder and she "gifted us" the extra bedding. I feel having this back and forth with the host was ridiculous. Either charge more money, or stop harassing guests when they book an accommodation that's supposed to include the extra bed. During our stay, one of the window shades fell off the wall onto my wife. I notified the host, and was told my wife must be really strong to have pulled it off the wall. You could see the item was old, and the metal was bent as it came off the wall. Luckily we weren't hurt, but we were made to feel as this was our fault. Aside from this, the place was nice for a stay in the old town. The kitchen was small, but manageable to make small meals. There was no coffee maker, only a moka pot and an electric water kettle. The refrigerator didn't have shelving so it was tough to put too much in the fridge. The spiral metal staircase was fine for us to use, but might cause difficulty for some with mobility issues (especially if you have to go to the bathroom at night).

The location of it was great. If need a nice workout this is the place for you It’s high up with no elevator but besides that the apartment is comfy and welcoming The location is right on the square and you can see it all from your window The apartment is close to all the locations you will need

We had some problems during our stay but Karolina was was really helpful

La posizione nella piazza principale e la vista meravigliosa , l'appartamento bello e dotato di tutto il necessario, dotato di una camera matrimoniale e di un soppalco con ulteriori 2 letti sin soli.

Non ci possiamo lamentare ma al nostro arrivo l'appartamento era un pò freddo e non abbiamo capito come mai il riscaldamento non funzionava , ma poi dopo aver contattato il proprietario abbiamo risolto acccendendo una stufa ad aria
