After booking, guests will receive information for self check-in. There is a private garage and an underground car park 492 feet from the property. The fee for using the garage or parking space in the car park is PLN 50 per day. Advance booking is required as the number of places is limited. Public parking in the neighboring streets is payable between 9:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m. The fee is 7 PLN per hour. One-time fee for pets is PLN 40. Please inform Arte-locum of your expected arrival time in advance. Due to the change in tax regulations, NIP should be provided before paying the fee. After printing a fiscal receipt without a tax identification number, it will not be possible to issue an invoice. People who require an invoice are asked to provide the data necessary to issue it at the time of booking.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. If you require an invoice when booking a prepaid rate, write this and your company details in the Special Requests box. When staying at the property with children, note that the property is legally obliged to apply standards for the protection of minors to determine the identity of the minors and their relationship with the adult they’re staying with. A deposit may be required at the property.
