Versus Apartments near City of Arts

L'emplacement est bien à moins de 20minutes à pied de l'océanographique, plusieurs petit commerces en bas de l'immeuble

l'appartement est situé au 8eme étage d'une résidence avec un parking ouvert ou les habitants se mettent en double file lorsque vous vous garez donc le mieux est de se garer dans les places de la route principale

Location is good for science centre, underground is nearby and ok for town or cycle to beach. Good compromise in the middle of everything

Internet, WiFi very poor. Only really worked well if you sat in the kitchen.

Free parking in the street. Fast response from the host.

Comfortable bed, very clean space, pleasant view, good location near free parking lot and the park.

The neighbourghs were noicy during the day, but at night is was quiet.

Apartment building was run down and common areas were not clean. The outside of building was neglected and dirty. The landlord has clearly made great effort to have a nice apartment but surroundings let the place down. There were cockroaches in the kitchen and bathroom areas.

The flat is close to the Turia garden (10 minutes walking) and City of arts and sciences, which we wanted to visit. I recommend to book the accommodation according your plans as the local traffic can take 1 hour to go around. There are 2 supermarkets close by. The bus stops to various destinations are next to the flat. We never used the metro as we often had to choose the bus options to go the the beach, to the center. The flat has wash machine, microware and all utilities to cook simple foods. I liked the self checkin option and communication with the lady resposible for the flat. I was ok with the neighbors, the man in the opposite flat helped me to open the main door🙂

Hm, how to say it? Cockroaches, which I did not plan to stay with. We were staying in the flat for 8 nights and on six night I alrwady killed 7 of them and I did not feel ok to stay. But my boyfriend convinsed me to stay and I cleaned the kitchen and floor next to the kitchen every night with vinegar, just for my sake of comfort...the lady promised to send some company to deal with it as this is common problem in Valencia. So, be aware of this. The light switch to the bathroom was not working properly (switching on and off) and the flat could use some improvements. I bought pitches to dry our towels, swim suits on hanger outside of the window, as there were few only. Be aware that there is no mosquito net, but there was some device to put to the electricity and I thought it was working (otherwise you will get some bites). The lamp next to the bed was not working and there is not closet to put your cloths in, just open hanger. The keys are copies of copy and you need to try few times to be able to turn the key in the lock. The flat (or room where we stayed) is in the shared flat and there is another room from the same hall. I would say this flat is only for couple, not 3 adults.
