Art and Sciences view luxury apartment

Ubicación perfecta. Piso amplio, camas cómodas.

Hemos pasado este fin de semana en este apartamento en Valencia y la experiencia ha sido fantástica de principio a fin. La ubicación es inmejorable: muy cerca de la Ciudad de las Artes y las Ciencias, a dos pasos de El Corte Inglés y en una zona muy céntrica que permite moverse cómodamente tanto caminando como en coche. El apartamento dispone de plaza de garaje doble, algo que para nosotros ha sido un gran plus, ya que viajábamos con un coche de ocho plazas y hemos estado muy cómodos en todo momento. La vivienda es amplia, luminosa y muy bien distribuida. El salón es grande y acogedor, con sofás modernos, cómodos y espaciosos. La mesa del comedor extensible nos ha permitido cenar hasta siete personas con total comodidad, algo que se agradece mucho cuando se viaja en grupo. Cuenta con una habitación principal muy amplia con baño en suite, dos habitaciones más también muy cómodas y un segundo baño. La cocina está totalmente equipada: cafetera, tostadora, lavadora, secadora, lavavajillas… no hemos echado absolutamente nada en falta. Además, dispone de calefacción y una terraza fantástica que aporta un extra a la estancia. El estilo del apartamento es moderno y elegante, muy bien cuidado, pensado para que te sientas como en casa desde el primer momento. El anfitrión ha sido muy amable y atento, siempre disponible para cualquier cosa que pudiéramos necesitar, aunque la verdad es que no fue necesario contactar con él porque todo estaba perfectamente preparado. En resumen, un alojamiento muy cómodo, completo y bien ubicado, ideal tanto para familias como para grupos. Sin duda, un apartamento al que volveríamos y que recomendamos al 100 %.

Location, cleaning.

The boiler was not working properly and although the host promptly came to fix it when called, it did not work the next day and we couldn’t take a shower before leaving the apartment.

Perfect location, in very quiet and nice neighborhood, few minutes walking distance from city of arts and just across the street of the park. Very spacious and comfortable with lot of amenities. Host Alex was friendly and easy to communicate with.

Wi-fi in bedrooms was very bad.

Excellent stay, good base to explore Valencia.

We opted for this apartment as it was advertised as a luxury apartment with internet access. The location was good, the apartment clean. We had the following issues though 1) the apartment is quite dated, specially the bathrooms. 2) the bedrooms are really small 3) The heating control was not working and heating had to be switched on outside on the balcony where the geyser is located 4) No toaster in the kitchen 5) Not enough tall glasses 6) INTERNET WAS REALLY BAD! The internet only worked if you are located in the living room. Even then it would work and then stop working for a while - very intermittent. Internet was really slow. This is not acceptable if you are advertising a luxury apartment. I have high speed internet at home in a 4 bedroom double storey home with wi-fi access in every Room for around 40 euro a month. For the price we paid it is simply not acceptable that we struggled with internet to that extent!

Spacious, light and airy and well appointed, beds were comfortable and the showers were great as were the towels. The owners were helpful and very accommodating to changes in arrival times and kindly let us leave our luggage for extra time as the flat was vacant after us.

A few minor issues like missing wheels from the dishwasher shelf meant the shelf constantly fell to one side…..and the cutting boards need replacing
