Good location. Good transport accessibility to the center and to the sea. Excellent terrace. Large apartment for 2 persons

The owner should pay more attention to his apartment. The apartment is in disrepair. The plumbing is in terrible condition: the shower does not switch, the sink is clogged. The dishes in the kitchen are old and all need replacing. Air conditioners do not work well. The bed is very uncomfortable. The covers on the sofas are worn out. The sofa on the terrace is dirty.

"Superb"

The location is good enough. Pleasant district with a lot of places to eat or to drink coffee. Consum supermarket in 5 min of walking. But be ready to go about 15-20 min till historic center (about 6 Eur by taxi). Spacious and modern apartments. Absolutely great balcony with bar counter & perfect view to Iglesia. Very good coffee bar with all the necessary staff. Strong Wifi. The host was very responsive too.

We had a great time in this wonderful, sparkling clean and fully equipped apartment. You can find everything nearby, supermarket, bakery, restaurant, cafe and public transport is also excellent to the old town and the beach. The host is very kind and helpful. Valencia is a wonderfully beautiful city😍
