La posizione dell'appartamento è davvero comodissima a 20 minuti a piedi dal centro. A meno di 5 minuti a piedi dalla fermata della metro. Inoltre, nonostante l'appartamento è posizionato su una strada molto trafficata, le camere sono ben insonorizzate e si dorme bene.

La terrazza molto trascurata, non è resa per niente piacevole e abitabile. Alcuni dettagli di trascuratezza in bagno.
