Cozy apartment Valencia city center!

The apartment itself is nice, good bathroom & comfortable beds. The kitchen is nice, we only used the fridge. It is a nice location, easy to get the tram to the beach & around a 20 minute walk to the city centre, there are lots of places to eat & good supermarkets nearby. There is currently lots of building work going on in the building which starts at 8.30am with very loud banging & drilling, this woke us up every day which was not nice while being on holiday, Lots of the work is happening in the entrance to the building so we had to walk over wobbly planks to access the stairs which felt unsafe, the work is also causing lots of dust which is tramped into the apartment. If I was warned about this in advance I would have chosen somewhere else to stay as it’s nit nice staying in this place with the building work happening. Once the building work is completed I am sure this will a great place to stay.

Rented two apartments for a fairly large group of people. The advantage was the apartments were opposite each other and we didn’t have to wait one for another to begin our daily trip. Overall though, we didn’t feel the apartments were as cosy as in the pictures. One of the rooms seemed to be somehow under renovation. The finishing of the apartments were not great. Also, although we knew the apartments were 20 minutes away from the city center, it turned out to be an inconvenient if you need to go back and forth to the accommodation two times per day. All in all, the spicy price we paid was unfortunately not worth it. With the correct price evaluation it would have been a decent stay.

The flat is functional and clean.

Better noise insulation would help a lot. The location was too noisy next to a busy street and restaurant. The doors (both building and apartment) are too flimsy and they seem insecure.

Comfortable and had everything we needed. Very close to a tram stop made it easy to get around.

Air conditioner had a lot of noise like being in a wind tunnel.

Really nice apartment with great location. Close to metro, close to city centre and the beach was also easily accessible.

Rooms which look into the main street are a bit noisy also during the night, due to high traffic.

The apartment is located in an older building, on the first floor without an elevator. Although the building is not new, the apartment surprised me! It is newly adapted with great taste! Big praise to the owner! The apartment is spacious and in a great location. It is well connected by traffic. The kitchen is fully equipped, as are the bedrooms. Fans in the rooms as well as air conditioning in the living room help a lot in hot weather.

Beautiful apartment, very recently upgraded and with a nice little kitchen, 3 bedrooms and a very roomy bathroom. We had plenty of space for our group of 3 adults! It is located outside of the city center, but it’s a very nice and safe local neighborhood, right across the street from the underground and above ground transportation. Even walking to the city center wouldn’t have been too bad. Very quiet at night and comfortable.

The only thing that could be improved is that our place only had one AC unit in the living room, and it was very far away from the bedrooms, which resulted in a very cold living room but very warm bedrooms even with the ceiling fans on. It wasn’t the end of the world anyways, everything else was great!
