Good location

Building works next door, extremely noisy so could no rest. Bed very uncomfortable.

Location of apartment is very central to everything.

Photos of apartment were deceiving, the pictures show bright rooms but it was very dark and there was a fusty smell. Tiny balcony. Apartments adjacent and across from us were being completely gutted and renovated, workers started at 8.30 most mornings Mon/Fri and finished at about 6pm. Photos with review show both apartments under construction.. The noise was really unbearable and peaked and troughed throughout the whole day. We couldn't stay in the apartment at all during the day. We contacted the hosts but got little satisfaction.

We had a lovely apartment in valencia close to everything the host met us with the keys even though we were a little later than we wanted to be ,the apartment had everything we wanted and more we were more than happy with our location just a short walk to nice bars and restaurants and the lovely central market and the town hall square really nice , would stay there again if we visited valencia again richard

Kitchen and appliances appeared brand new or very well kept/cleaned.

Unfortunately the entire 2 weeks we were there the house opposite was being demolished. I know this is a working city (not Disneyland) so it was just unfortunate timing. However, it was quiet outside of normal working hours and we slept well.

Good little apartment. Rustic furnished. Internet and television were perfect. Bed was small and hard, but no problem.

Bathroom needs to be renovated. Toilet is loose, shower has no holder. And finally there is a lot of black mold in the shower.

Location is excellent

Musty smell

The location was exceptional. Within easy walking distance of all the city centre sights but in a quiet district and street. The property was spacious, well-equipped with a comfortable bed and efficient shower.

It just needed some bedside cabinets.

The location was excellent. The kitchen comes with everything you need. We cooked breakfast every morning and a few dinners.
