La posizione vicino al mare

La poca pulizia, appartamento molto sporco, un solo asciugamano, nelle camere l'armadio era inesistente in quanto la maggior parte degli sportelli era chiuso con un lucchetto che impediva di riporre i nostri indumenti e soprattutto i pochi cassetti disponibili erano molto sporchi. Onestamente non capisco come possa avere delle recensioni sulla pulizia maggiori di 8

La ubicación está a 10 minutos andando de la playa y la amabilidad del propietario, se rompió el secador y en seguida trajo uno nuevo además de habernos dejado abandonar la vivienda más tarde de la hora programada de salida

El piso es un cuarto sin ascensor, solo tiene aire en uno de los tres cuartos y en el salón y le faltaba muchísima limpieza

The cleaning was not good but I may understand. Just one suggestion. Leave a mop for the guests to clean it if it necessary. Everything else was ok

Location, size of the apartment, there is everything you need, calm neighborhood, shops and restaurants nearby

Not clean enough, no wine glasses, bad drainage in the shower

We had an amazing vacation at this apartment! The location is absolutely perfect, just a short walk to the beach and conveniently close to public transport. The neighborhood is beautiful and peaceful, making it ideal for families. The apartment itself was fully equipped with everything we needed, even for a longer stay. We were pleasantly surprised to find sand toys for our kids, which was a thoughtful touch. The owner was incredibly welcoming and helpful, always available for any questions and very accommodating to our needs. We truly enjoyed our time here and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, hassle-free holiday.

Nice location near beach, good communication with tram/bus/metro. The apartment is roomy enough to fit 5 people. There are air conditioning available in two rooms to keep the apartment cool during hot days.

The standard in the apartment is not high, drawers in the kitchen and bathroom are not installed correctly and cannot be used with ease. AC unit doesn't seem to be cleaned for a long time, and black mold is visible from the vents. Living room sofa cannot be opened and used as double bed. Kitchen oven seems not working.
