Affordable at first

Alot of add ons like use of towel use of ricecooker etc. they should advise their guest before booking about that because normally those things shouldve been included. This is the first time I encounter such accomodation.

Property owner are unresponsive and inconsiderate we been waiting for more than an hour at the lobby after our booking confirmation and we been calling the number listed but out of reach no room number confirmation we already booked another room and paid after thats the time property owner message asking for an upgrade and extra pay.

Property owner inconsederate and late to respond. reason she said she is out of the conutry (Autralia) and said not her problem if message were delayed to arrived. No alternate contactible number.

Location is okay.

No toilet paper!!! QI was needing to use it and had to go shopping for it! They said it wasn't included!!! Super Loud window air-conditionier in the partitioned "bedroom." Nothing Amazing about this place! I called the management team and asked if I could swap rooms. They said they were all booked even though they were advertising properties on Booking.com! Couldn't get comfortable. Had to leave. No refunds, of course!

It's a seems like it's a scam initially mentioned 800 plus but end up paying 1300+ They mentioned children are free at any age but guards did not allow us because kid is not mentioned. Imagine waiting in the middle of the night with a toddler in a cold night plus not communicating properly. It is okay to pay additional if the unit is okay but a/c is not working properly barely had sleep and since my child have eczema he can not sleep properly in the hot temperatures. Take not also plug socket are loose, door kept openning in the balcony though we locked it. Remotes, clock not working.

The location is excellent.

The smell of the room was unpleasant, I guess it was from the pillows/sheets. The bed was too soft/not comfortable. Owner charges extra for towels and use of kitchen appliance.

The bed linens has a bad smell. It smells like used by partner or couple. Uncomfortable to sleep because every angle of the bed has a bed smell. Theres no comforter. Aircon is very noisy. Sofa foam is wet and has a bad smell as well. Theres a small pest biting us.
