We booked last minute, still got a good deal. Overall the stay was good, check-in was hassle-free. Madamme was very responsive and accommodating.

The cushion on the queen sized bed could be better.

It doesn’t have complimentary use of towels and appliances you need to pay for it separately which is not good since normally when you pay for accommodation it should be already included, these type of information will only be disclose once reservation is completely booked and non refundable. This is the first time I encountered such accommodation that you need to pay extra in everything top of everything. Hopefully they will change this kind of style since it affects their customers

We arrive 1 hour early. Owner ask us to pay extra if we want to for early checkin.. All kitchen things like rice cooker and other kitchen appliance all have charge if you use. Bath towel also have extra charge. During check out, we extended 10 mins the caretaker want us again to pay extra. All things here have extra payment. Owner only cares about payment and extra charges. Were staying in tagaytay its cold. Water heater also not working. Television also old nothing to watch.. Lastly we left a small valuable items in our room. We ask them if we can send a rider to pickup our left items. The owner and the care taker dont answer or reply to our call and txt msg. When they replied to us. They said that we need to go back just to get it. Because they are busy. We are not treated properly. No costumer service. All about money and payment. When we call booking. Com thats the only time they attend to our complain. Weve been to hundreds of airbnb and hotel. This is the worst. Dont book this hotel.
