Taal View or LG Unit 1BR Wifi Near Sky Ranch

Great secure cosy residential unit that is walking distance to amenities. Also great view being on the upper floor. Unit was clean, organisation and management was perfect. I would definately stay here again!

Shower heater and Wifi were not working we didn't expect unit was in Lower ground; '

The property was very convenient to shops and restaurant and very good view of Taal lake

Their were lots of cockroaches everywhere in the property. The bedside lamp had no bulbs on both rooms and were no hot water on the shower .

Because of a electrical problem in the apartment we booked we were given a different apartment which we were very happy with the location was extremely good with great views of the lake and volcano.

The only complaint that I would have was there was only two small bath towels and there was no toilet paper I do believe this was because of the issue with the first apartment and we where put in the second one in the last minute but apart from that everything was very very good.

Live roaches, dirty, faucet is loose, unable to locate source of bad smell in the kitchen in the unit and unresponsive reply from the owner. The unit needs upgrading a
