"Disappointed, need a lot of renovation."

Great view on the volcano.

A lot of cockroaches and moth. A lot of moisture on the ceiling of the bathroom, water barely hot. The power outlet of the toaster can't plugged without an adaptor wich we did not have. The A/C only works on fan mode 2 and is very loud. The bed is smal and very hard, only a small matress on wood planks. We have to pay to use the swimming pool 150php/hour/head. Craks on the wall and tapestry is peeling.

The location. We had a perfect view of Taal and everything is near - restos, convenient store, grocery and church
