Apartamenty Tatrzańskie

The location is perfect, close to the train station on one side and very close to the main street, Krupowki, on the other. The water park is literally 100 meters away. There's a very good sauna and a pleasant pool. This is an aparthotel with different apartments rented out by different owners. The building itself and the shared facilities are very good.

As for our apartment, it was very modest, a room on the roof with small windows. The room description states that it's a luxury apartment of 35 square meters, but in reality it's a small room and bathroom. The term "luxury" is completely inappropriate; the room is equipped with the cheapest things, especially the bed: a terrible mattress, apparently the cheapest and very old, the pillows can hardly even be called pillows, the linens are terrible, all covered in holes, I'm simply embarrassed to show them to anyone (I even made these holes in the sheets and pillowcases, but I won't stay here; it's not for the faint of heart). The hotel has a sauna, and it's customary to sit on a towel in the sauna, but there were no sauna towels in the room, only one for the shower. When I asked for sauna towels, they flatly refused, and also refused to change them, even though we stayed there for five days. Everything about this hotel could have been perfect, because as I said, the location and overall facilities are wonderful, but this penny-pinching by the apartment owners ruins everything. I'm very sorry; I love to praise hotels we like, but this time I feel it's my duty to evaluate everything as it really is.

Pobyt w tym hotelu jest na najwyższym poziomie, już trzeci raz spędzamy tu wakacje i wszystko nam się bardzo podoba. Jednak jest jeden nieprzyjemny moment, który nam się nie spodobał. Kobieta pracująca na basenie wygania nas 5 minut przed zamknięciem. Następnego dnia nie pozwoliła po saunie podejść i sprawdzić, czy jest wolne miejsce, żeby zagrać w ping-ponga lub bilard. Niby za wszystko zapłaciliśmy, ale po nieprzyjemnym potraktowaniu i kłótni z tą panią nie mieliśmy już ochoty chodzić do strefy SPA.

Przestronny apartament ze wszystkim co potrzeba na krótki wypad z rodzinką!Bylismy z dziećmi więc basen to mega sprawa:)

Zimna woda w jacuzzi i basenie Niestety wielkość basenu nie zadowalająca co do ceny 70m2 to raczej po podłogach, użytkowej powierzchni to max 40m2. Brakowało nam wieszaka na kurtki przy wejściu
