Apartament Charisma

Beds aren't for 2 people as advertised / mattresses are stale / extremely poor condition. The toilet seat is wobbly and pinches u once u sit down. Sofa is extremely uncomfortable and dirty No AC - which was my fault that I assumed there would be one - but there are no bug meshes on the windows so when u open the windows all mosquitoes fly right in. The chairs at the dining table - one can sit there for 20 min max as they are hard as a rock - no cushions nor fur on them like on the advertisement photos. Doors and doors jams on the bathroom are warped from some sort of water damage We were given less towels than we have had guests. No hand or face towels at all. Kitchen is equipped so poorly that u aren't even able to make eggs ( 1 pan / made of tephlon and completely scratched up ) The living room is facing the busiest street in Zakopane - and is super noisy since there is no air conditioning nor air recuperating- u have to keep the windows open therefore all the noise is in the apartment. It was so noisy at times that we couldn't hear each other when talking , so forget about sleeping at night coz the traffic canoes on and on. The property managers left us waiting for keys for good 30 minutes - coz in thsi case there is no reception. Whe paying ( forced to pay cash ) no receipt was given to us . This was a nightmare. Pure hell . I wanted to leave sooner but had no alternative accommodation .

We stayed at Apartment Charisma with friends (two couples in total), and everything was perfect! The property managers were incredibly polite and accommodating—we were able to collect the keys late at night without any issues after traveling from Krakow. The apartment itself is well-equipped, making it ideal for longer stays, especially if you plan to cook. It features two spacious bedrooms, a large living room with a smart TV and a comfy couch—perfect for relaxing evenings. There are also two balconies, providing lovely outdoor space, and one well-maintained bathroom. One of the highlights is the access to the spa area. The saunas were fantastic, and there’s also a pool and a small jacuzzi. However, at times, the area was quite crowded, especially with children playing in the pool. If you're looking for a peaceful experience, be prepared for the occasional splash or ball coming your way! The apartment also offers a convenient parking space, but the entrance is quite narrow and steep. As long as you're a confident driver, it shouldn’t be a problem. Location-wise, it's in a quiet area, just a short walk from the main street and close to various ski resorts—perfect for winter sports enthusiasts. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend Apartment Charisma for a comfortable and well-located getaway!

The apartment is just 10 minutes walking distance away from the center. Provides indoor pool and playground for the kids. The balcony has a nice view of the mountains. The building is relatively new.

The main door key is not working properly and you have to struggle a bit to open it. Rooms' temperature is not at the desired level. The kitchen is not fully equipped but just enough for a day without extra things like more trash bags, salt etc. There is no smart tv and washing machine.
