Seaview Terrace

The air-conditioning was not working properly and it was really hot in the apartament. Clearaly it was not well maintained.

Seaview Terrace was in a central location. Just a short walk to the beach and numerous restaurant. Rome were clean with a comfortable bed. Roof top had nice views and a full kitchen if needed. There is also a security guard to always open the gate for guest and parking for my tuktuk.

Nothing.

The really great advantage of the house is that it is located on a very quiet street. Unfortunately the smell from the fish restaurants was super intense for me. Overall the surrounding area is dirty, but it’s quite common in weligama. The room itself was ok, quite big yet missing something like chair/small table in. The water pressure in the sink is low, in shower is ok. The bed for the kid was not prepared in advance and the mattress and pillow had the bad smell. it was clean in the apartments same as in the whole property. The big plus is 24/7 security, every nice and charming people. The manager, Dilan, is very helpful person, he was always available on WhatsApp. It’s about 10-13 min walk from main surf schools which is quite far but easily you can use tuk tuk if needed. One night the AC wasn’t working properly and it was really hard to sleep as it was very hot in Sri Lanka that days.

El personal agradable, servicial, extraordinario. Nos gustó mucho una terraza que tienen en la parte alta, con una pequeña cocina y para disfrutar libremente. Nosotros cenamos en ella, comprando un pescado recién hecho que se puede conseguir cruzando la calle. Hay varios puestos de pescado fresco. La playa está también cruzando la carretera. La habitación cómoda, el baño limpio y cómodo aunque no tenga mampara. Cama y almohadas también cómodas. Relación calidad precio perfecta
