Absolutely disgusting accommodations. Cockroaches, stained furniture and linens. Pitch black stairwell and a dangerous elevator that doesn’t work. The entire main floor is burnt out and the entire building stinks like burnt plastic. This is nightmare accommodations. All the reviews are accurate.

Great location in a cool historic building. Loved the ocean views from the balcony and rooftop. The management was very quick to respond to questions.

The water pressure was super low. It is an old building and they said it was a city problem so maybe it was fixed. The shower needs a floor squeegee or something as water gets everywhere when you take a shower.

Amazing place! Extremely peaceful, yet just a five-minute walk away from the city center with all the sights, bars and restaurants. The War museum is also very close and the bus station is some 15-20 minutes on foot, so we were able to explore Valletta without using any public transportation whatsoever. There is a nice little supermarket in the same building as the apartment, which closes at 10:00 PM and that was really convenient! The apartment itself is located in a taditional Maltese-style apartment building with red balconies and limeston walls. While it is not luxurious, there are two good-size bedrooms, a nice living room space with a dining table and a little kitchen with an over, stove and electric kettle witch was more than enough to prepare some basic meals during our stay. The best thing about this property, however, is the lovely terrace on top of the building which has the most amazing view towards the city's waterfront. We observed some of the most magnificent cruise ships and hundreds of boats and ferries which passed by while we were chilling on the terrace. All in all, I highly recommend this place for its excellent location, quiteness and amazing views from the apartment's windows and balcony and particularly from the rooftop terrace!

The water coming out of the shower is indeed a bit scarce, as the apartment is on the last floor but for me personally, it was enough to take a refreshing shower in the morning. The elevator takes 1:29 minutes to get from the bottom to the top floor, so don't panic, you are not stuck, its just an experience on its own taking a ride in the slowest lift in the world. :)
