The mattress was really poor quality. The room is dark. There is no real manager responsible, some Indian cleaners have been my only contacts meaning no-one was really responsible. They gave me the wrong codes to get in the flat and it took more than 30 mn to sort out. I came as there was a heatwave. I asked for a fan as sleeping with AC makes me sick. I asked 4 times and gave up. I stayed for 7 nights, the fan arrived on night 5... Some of the furniture on the roof is broken. They could put a few plants in the corridor/ on the roof. It's rather impersonal. I won't come back. Pity as I am a regular in Valletta

Everything was great (4,9/5) Apartment was clean, has all what you need. We were in ap 3, 1st floor.

Bed - please, change the bed and mattress :)

This is a great apartment, very clean and very quiet. Good correspondence with management, directions and entry codes are sent early. Two women are in the office downstairs during business hours to answer questions, arrange rides to the airport, anything you need. It is always nice to have people on hand to help if necessary.

Opposite direction from the entrance gate to the city. Long walk from the bus station in front of the gate. In their entry directions they should tell you how far it is. I liked the apartment so much I would stay here again, you should just be aware of the distance.

Clean & comfortable tucked away and with all the amenities you could need

That the hotel & breakfast place connected with the property weren’t very convenient so although we were going to try breakfast…decided not to as you have to go to the hotel for the voucher and somewhere else to eat -which we had been unable to find so it wasn’t very straightforward

Very cosy and comfortable. Brilliant location, everything you could need.

Bed was very noisy, but not a huge problem - it was very comfortable though.
