Building staff were completely disrespectful and looked down on my fieancee and I and would not even help us by calling security guard when we got locked out of our suite and was accused of knocking on doors when we had been in the suite sleeping and the fact I was celebrating my 40'th birthday wich was ruined bu everything that happened because I was not comfortable at all and the cleaner uses air freshener that is so perfumie that it gave my fieancee and I headaches and made us feel semi nauseous that or the cleaner wears way to much perfume and it lingers for a disgusting amount of time

Spotlessly clean, very well equipped, great communication with host, comfortable bed, secure apartment block. Location close to public transportation links and to the Exchange district (however, see below).

The aircon/ventilation was very loud and on constantly. It would have been helpful to have brief instructions supplied in case it was possible to modify this. We had to sleep with earplugs. While the block itself was in great condition and felt secure, its location is in an area of visible -and occasionally shocking, deprivation. Winnipeg friends advised us not to be out and about locally at night. This may be something to consider for lone female travellers.
