Apartament znajduje się w bardzo dobrej lokalizacji ze względu na to że i blisko jest na Krupówki , w okolice Krokwi , aquaparku itp. Na przeciw znajduje się sklep. W apartamencie jest przyjemnie cieplutko. Dużo kaloryferów gdzie można suszyć rzeczy zimą.
