"Location fabulous, view across Thames. Property good, minor improvements would make it great."

Location. It is fantastic. The penthouse is very spacious and the balcony was great. The views across the Thames from the 20th floor were brilliant. The apartment was very clean. There is a smart cooker and dishwasher and a washing machine. There was a full bath-room for each bedroom.

The beds were very soft. The bedrooms were cold at night. I did not locate the spare duvet until leaving. The sofa was not comfortable to sit on. I felt under pressure re the early checkout time of 10am to leave the apartment clean as we found it. I would have hoovered but henry the hoover's plug was missing a pin. The cooking utensils could be updated and the chipped cups removed. It was poor form that we had to request deposit refund as we left the apartment as clean as we found it.

The position by the river was one of the apartment’s main advantages .The views were spectacular and the apartment itself was spotlessly clean,warm and comfortable.We would definitely return when visiting London again

"Fantastic first experience for a penthouse!"

Everything about this penthouse made us never want to leave. Location and entry of the residence were easy to find and straightforward for parking. Upon entry, the apartment was spotless and smelt fresh. The facilities were up to date and easy to use, and the view from both the balcony and the two rooms was lovely. Only a 5 minute walk from several convenience stores and shops, while also being a 5 minute walk to the station. The host was extremely helpful throughout our stay.
