Dobra lokalizacja z dala od centrum więc mamy ciszę i spokój. Blisko do kolejki na Kasprowy Wierch oraz innych szlaków, blisko na przystanek autobusow miejskich (w sezonie, przez korki są mało punktualne ale dojedziemy nimi "wszędzie"), na przeciwko knajpa z pysznym jedzeniem i sklep spożywczy. Generalnie w najblizszej okolicy apartamentu mamy wszystko co potrzebne do życia. Sam apartament wyposażony we wszystko, duży i przestronny.
