Świetny kontakt z właścicielem. Dobra lokalizacja.

Problem z parkingiem. Brakuje trochę klimatyzacji. W ciepłe dni jest niekomfortowo otworzyć okna bo za nimi huczą klimatyzatory z innych apartamentów. Klima rozwiązałaby temat.
