"Wonderful stay in lovely apartment"

Fabulous location, overlooking the sea, spacious apartment , close to railway station & restaurants and walks

Needs a hanging rail Need a note to turn on water heater in bathroom as takes time to heat and had cold shower on first night

Location is fenomenal and it's a cosy little apartment and nice facilities.. but

The hostes was completely unresponsive on booking.com and took a long time to answer on WhatsApp, the key was not in the place we were told, the hot water was turned off and we had to figure out how to turn it on ourselves (took hours before we had proper hot water), the floor was dirty and sticky...

"We were unable to stay because they canceled on us minutes before we checked in and Booking.com did nothing to help us a"

Nothing, we were informed upon arrival their plumbing was not working and they were closed. They did nothing to book us somewhere else in town, nor did Booking.com. As a matter of fact Booking.com did not even acknowledge our informing them of the canceled booking for three more days. Booking.com merely said if it cost you more to book somewhere else will pay the difference. Hello Booking no problem taking our money but, worthless getting help

We didn’t like anything about the property since they canceled on us minutes before we were to check in

"Once in the room, the view was terrific and the location was central to Vernazza."

The location was very central to Vernazza as we had planned.

The only glitch was the key box code was wrong in the correspondence from Booking.com -- not the owner's fault. She gave us the correct one once we contacted her by phone.

"We loved the location. It was truly perfect. But the room would benefit from some upgrading and attention to comfort."

Location was amazing.

There were only 2 pillows for the bed and they were very firm and flat. The only dresser was filled to the top with extra towels leaving no room at all for clothing.

"Bed bugs"

Great view, you could literally feel the sea breeze. Super Location - just a few steps to the water. Fast refund after change of location because of BED BUGS!

BED BUGS!! We found a bedbug and changed location immediately at arrival day. So we didn’t spend a night. We got refunded. Although it doesn’t seem that this problem is dealt with adequately, as there are several bed bug complaints over the last few months.
