The location is really great. Very easy to get to and close to everything. The room is spacious and the view is beautiful.

A lot of noise at night as you hear what is going on in the street and some very loud waves breaking 😅. Was hard to fall asleep without earplugs.

The only thing i liked, and very much appreciated, is that they gave me a full refund. Thank you for the refund and making that so painless!!

I hate to give bad reviews, I never do. But there were BED BUGS, which we did not discover until late a night. So we stayed one night, got bit all over, and left first thing the next morning. It's a beautiful location, and a nice room, so I hope you are able to get this problem all cleaned up.

The location was amazing, you could not find a better spot. The room was clean and had everything I needed. It's at a nice spot and is perfect to relax. It's an unorthodox system for checking in and checking out but it made everything less stressful and faster. 10 out of 10 would recommend!!!

LOCATION! Steps from the harbor, beach, restaurants and church. The view was great out of both sides.

Nothing, but it would be nice to have a comfortable chair in addition to the table and chairs to enjoy the view.

The apartment had the best views. It was right in the heart of Vernazza. It is an amazing place to stay! The apartment is roomy, and has everything one needs.

We had an issue with a light bulb being out in the bathroom, hopefully they found a replacement.

BED BUGS, many of them visible, meaning tons too small to see. over 50 bites in just 30 mins in bed. also quite loud outside, but small problem compared to the BED BUGS!
