We loved everything about it! The flat was clean, the 3 different views from the windows were exceptional and you could not fault the location. We plan on coming back many times.

The location was exceptional, couldn’t have asked for better. Federico welcomed us warmly and gave a detailed introduction to Vernazza, along with helpful tips on routes to the other towns. The room was very clean and comfortable, and falling asleep to the sound of the waves was incredibly soothing. There was no street or traffic noise, making it a very peaceful stay.

Since the property is close to the sea, there are some steps to climb, manageable, but something to keep in mind if you have luggage. The stairs inside the room are quite steep, so families with young children may want to be cautious. The bathroom had a few minor issues, the hand shower was broken, and the water drained slowly so we had to be a bit careful while using it.

Quarto de banho muito pequeno; o chuveiro manual estava estragado; a base de chuveiro, ao fim de um ou dois minutos de banho, começava a transbordar e a verter água para o resto do wc; para chegar ao apartamento (mesmo dentro do apartamento) é preciso subir escadas difíceis, mas nas Cinque Terre acaba por ser normal. Os donos têm uma peixaria onde funciona o front office e onde se disponibilizaram simpaticamente para guardar as nossas malas (mas ficaram a cheirar a peixe, especialmente a mochila de cima).

La Vista, la ubicación y la decoración.

Location is great - right off the main drag in Vernazza, and thankfully not too far up into the endless stairs. And the views were tremendous, right over the sea. The apartment is a very nice size, plenty for two people. Our hosts were very responsive over WhatsApp.

The bathroom - specifically, the shower - is a problem. The shower is two marble steps up from the rest of the bathroom, and inevitably the steps get wet (in our case, this happened because the drain was slow and water spilled out from the shower pan, but even if the drain was fixed, it's gonna be wet). Wet marble is slippery; this is an accident waiting to happen. Also, the sofa (which converts to a bed) has cushions which refuse to stay put. We ended up having to shove them back in place countless times. Not a huge problem, but annoying.

Appreciated that there was a washing machine and the pillows were amazing!!!! Had the best sleep o have had in a long time! We loved hearing the water at night as well! Thank you!

The shower water seemed to not drain very well and got very close to spilling over onto the floor.

La stanza non é nuova, ma é tenuta molto bene: pulita, ordinata e con tutto abbastanza in ordine. La vista con lo scorcio sul mare é davvero una chicca notevole, un dettaglio che rende il soggiorno piacevole. Unico elemento da segnalare sul lato comfort: se qualcuno ha bisogno del buio totale per dormire, le tende non oscurano al 100% ed entra parecchia luce sia dalla finestra sia dalla porta d’ingresso. Nulla di drammatico ma é bene saperlo. Posizione in Vernazza perfetta.

Purtroppo il voto finale é fortemente penalizzato dalla gestione: di fronte a un problema non trascurabile (la completa mancanza di carta igienica durante la notte, per mancanza di ripristino durante le Pulizie), non solo non é stata offerta alcuna soluzione, ma la struttura non ha neppure mostrato molta professionalitá. Riporto parte della risposta ricevuta che parla da sè: “non siamo un hotel 5 Stella con reception aperta h24… chiamare per una carta igienica finita alle 22 di sera con un tono pretenzioso é di poca educazione… lei é in vacanza e dovrebbe essere di tutt’altro umore… le chiedo più rispetto per la gente che lavora “. Segnalare la mancanza di un servizio essenziale e promesso, non significa mancare di rispetto, né giustifica un tono personale o accusatorio. Fortunatamente Booking.com ha compensato la mancanza della struttura con un piccolo voucher.
