Properly was okey , with big terrace. It was clean and the heated pool was working perfectly

The staff..If you want to book and immediately stay at the place , this is not the case. They need you to wait 2 hours for them to clean the room . Disregarding the fact that i booked 18:00 in the afternoon. After asking them for a refund in order not to wait in the cold weather outside the building, they denied .
