Super lokalizacja, ogromny plus za parking/garaż, mi akurat trafil się garaż oraz apartament na parterze z ogródkiem, super wygodnie. W budynku znajduje sie Zabka, można w kapciach pójść po kawę. Bardzo czysto. Jest również pralka i suszarka.

Bardzo polecam ten obiekt! Właścicielka przemiła i bardzo pomocna – wszystko dokładnie wytłumaczyła, zarówno jeśli chodzi o działanie urządzeń w mieszkaniu, jak i dostęp do parkingu. Lokalizacja rewelacyjna – kilka minut spacerem do najważniejszych zabytków Wrocławia. Mieszkanie czyste, funkcjonalne, świetnie wyposażone, a dodatkowym atutem jest przyjemny balkon. Zdecydowanie warto!
