However, there are some important points to be aware of: Heating and hot water: These only work when the host turns on a boiler. Sometimes you can be left without hot water or heat for the whole evening — in our case, the room only warmed up to about 15°C (59°F) at night. Heating is completely off overnight, so I had to sleep in thermal underwear, a sweater, wool socks, and under blankets just to stay warm. This is not a malfunction but a deliberate choice by the owners. When guests ask to turn it on, it’s done reluctantly and only for a short time. Room amenities: There are no personal hygiene items, no kettle, no hairdryer, or even basic conveniences that are usually expected in hotels. Surroundings: There’s an actual farm just 10 meters away. In winter, there was no noticeable smell, but it might be different in summer. Not a CON, as I love animals, but beware Overall, this place is suitable for those who prioritize location and scenery and are willing to compromise (a lot) on comfort and basic amenities. If comfort is important to you, it may be better to consider other options.

Avevamo l'appartamento numero 4,al secondo e ultimo piano,mansardato.Bellissimo.Bellissima vista!punto strategico per passeggiate in estate e molto comoda la pista da sci a bob praticamente di fronte alla casa,a 300mt.Consiglio di portare una stufina perché essendo il riscaldamento centralizzato,parte ad orari precisi e d'inverno non fa caldissimo(non si congela eh!) e nella stanzetta col letto singolo manca una tenda oscurante nel VELUX. Super il fatto che ci siano gli animali nella stalla di fianco,anatre,galline e pavoni!ai miei bimbi è piaciuto molto!La strada per raggiungere la casa è una simil pista ciclabile,asfaltata,basta solo andare piano,non è ripida. Non abbiamo visto muffa e se non piacciono i cuscini di piuma d'oca morbido,conviene portarseli come abbiamo fatto noi.

buona posizione, ben servito. Appartamento confortevole con la giusta grandezza per una famiglia di 4 persone. Pulito.

unica pecca, il riscaldamento. non abbiamo sofferto il freddo, però con una più accurata manutenzione dei caloriferi, il caldo si sarebbe sentito maggiormente.
