New, cozy apartment Plaza del Pilar-Fuenclara

the owner Ivan was very kind and he explained everything what I have to know when checked in. best thing is location, I parked my car in the parking garage same building , then we accessed all the landmarks by foot. and also he provided public transportation card for distance place to go. it is very useful when we tired for walking. room is spacious enough for family(2 rooms and extra baby bed). nice restaurants and shops are nearby. also kitchen facility was perfect.

Amazing, amazing location in an amazing city. The fact it had parking was a huge bonus. It was spacious and comfortable. Ivan was super helpful and went out of his way to help us navigate to the apartment.

The flat had all we needed. I really liked the fact that the host was there waiting for us for the check in and explained everything to the detail. Marissa recommended us lots of places. We got lost when coming by car, Marisa took the time to come to finds us.

Good location

Sofa in the photos has been changed for a very badly slashed brown plastic one and covered with a horrible nylon type sheet. The plant is now dead and been left there. The bedding is extremely worn with torn corners and badly bobbly so very uncomfortable. Old food left in cupboards. Filthy toilet brush. The owner said the cot in the bedroom was hard work to take down and asked if we minded if he left it up.. In view of his comment we felt obliged to let it stay. However it was inconvenient and made the room uncomfortably small. A travel cot would solve this. General decoration poor and very little care or attention to detail.

Location is super cool! Just 2 min to Pilar plaza. Owners are friendly, very helpful and client oriented.

if you are planning to rent this flat, just please be do not do it during summer time, it's a kind of oven. for all other seasons: the host is very kind, flat is small (small bedrooms, small bathroom), but OK for 1 family or for a couple, excellent position

The hosts were very helpful and not only during the check in moment but along our stay. The location is great: in the heart of the old town. The apartment has everything you need. And the parking place is a big advantage too. We've enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to everyone who wants to discover Zaragoza.
