Friendly staff, good price, easy location to reach and nice hotel, clean, useful.

location was in the with local resident, picking up keys was a hassle especially wen u have a car, bathroom too small

it was clean. also had spare pillows.

poorly maintained in some areas. very thin walls. we could hear the neighbours talking loudly through the walls plus constantly moving furniture. the heating was poor and had a broken dangerous oil heater that nearly caught fire when we plugged it in. also instructions on finding the apartment were very vague. most dissatisfied and disappointed stay I have ever had.

I had an apartment, not an hotel room. So the stay can be managed like home. cooking and such. location was ok, not far walking from the center. Parking was in the same street. I could park near by the door as well to unload my car.

The place was at the 3 floor without lift, I was very heavy loaded, so... took me some time and efforts to get there :)

Good location in city, apartment was quiet clean with required facilities

parking entrance is too small, I had a scratch on my car. No elevator to go to apartment so difficult with luggage & location not easy to find. hot water in shower suddenly stopped in morning.

Close to Centre of Zaragoza. Parking off road and relatively secure

It was difficult to access. Keys were in a completely different building some distance away. Instructions for getting the keys and accessing the garage and finding the parking space were poor. The area was scruffy and felt unsafe.
