Carlos and Ana were most helpful. The apartment was splendid iand n a fabulous location. We enjoyed our stay.

Apartment has the most wonderful location. Not only is it right in the center of Valencia, there is also a public underground parking only 150 meters away.

The host was fantastic, great communication and updates, very accommodating and the apartment is in a fantastic central location within a stones throw away from the central market.

Almost perfect, although there was no Aircon in the rooms, or another moveable fan. However as the property is on the eighth floor, there was a fresh breeze and the property was ideal.

Brilliant location within a few minutes walk to all local attractions. Lovely clean spacious flat. Plenty of room for our group of 6 (3 couples).

Awesome location. Nice festive atmosphere. Access from street was ok but there was a steep ramp with no hand rail up to a lift which may be a problem for some. Close to eateries and supermarket.

No jug for boiling water. For tea drinkers this was a problem. The stove top coffee perk had 'slime' in the bottom. Only one shower which was a problem for a large group.

Lovely spacious apartment in a superb location for sightseeing. Apartment was clean and light. Carlos and Ana are superb hosts, who go out of their way to make sure you have a great stay, we couldn't have asked for more. Thanks guys!

Location in the heart of Valencia on the top floor of the building is great pros of this apartment !

It could be a little bit cleaner inside. It's not dramatic, but I see a field of improvement.

The location is stunning.

The apartment is outdated. While we were in the apartment, it was hot in Valencia. We were with 8 persons in total, but the apartment doesn't have any air conditioning. The only thing to cool stuff down in the apartment are 6 ventilators (which isn't sufficient for 8 people). We were planning to stay for two weeks in the apartment (which is also the time we rented the apartment), but after 6 nights, we decided to book a hotel with air conditioning because some of our group didn’t sleep for two nights because of the heat. Although the location is spectacular, I wouldn’t recommend booking the apartment for more than a couple of nights when it’s summer. In addition to that, the facilities in the apartment are okay, but not great. The fridge doesn’t cool down stuff very well, it takes are very long time before something is frozen (our ice did melt down when it was in the fridge, so when it was frozen, it had a different shape :’) ). The kitchen supplies are okay, but usually when booking an apartment/hotel, coffee is for example (at least for one day) available. The kitchen didn’t have much stuff. Also, the beds are meh, they don’t sleep well. Some beds are very, very small, not suited for bigger people (adults). The couch in the living room is old and dirty and the apartment needs some renovations. In addition to that, the kitchen was still dirty. For example, the cabin around the extractor hood was very very very dirty. Also, some more cabinets in the kitchen were dirty, the same for the fridge and the oven (the tray in the oven wasn't cleaned - so we haven't used it). It definitely needs some renovation, the chairs were damaged, the couch is dirty, et cetera.
