Bella Vista

Clean and well-kept area. Clean rooms. The room has everything you need: towels, blankets, dishes. There is a wonderful barbecue area in the yard. In spring it is very quiet and cozy. Perhaps in the summer there will be more guests and it will be noisier. But there is enough yard and beach for everyone.

Very poor internet quality. Several Wi-Fi options were offered, but each worked for 5-10 minutes and turned off. The owners don't speak English. Unfortunately, we don’t speak Greek, so we talked using Google translator))))

Remote location, you need to drive for 20 minutes to get anything from a store. The two locanda nearby are closed for dinner and the cleaning lady throwing us out at 10am every day to clean the room!!! That was unacceptable

Quiet and peaceful place outside the city, free sunbeds, and umbrellas on the private beach, natural shade on the beach, free canоes for the Bella Vista quests, terrace with a view for food preparation where we spend a lot of time enjoying the preparing of sea food.

A lot has been invested in the beach, sand, changing room, chairs, sunbeds, umbrellas, and seating set, lights, but it is not so lovely for swimming; there is almost no shallow. But we used free canoes and swam on the beaches near Bella vista on the left side where we really enjoy swimming and snorkeling.

Bella Vista hotel is situated on a secluded bay. From the balcony, you’ll see the sunrise and moonrise. There is ‘sunset beach’ about 30 min drive away. Close to the hotel is Edipsos (15 min drive) with the port for the ferry and the famous public thermal springs which are an amazing experience on a late summer night. The other side of the hotel, you’ll find the Lichada islands 30 min drive away. Yes, there is a road between the hotel and the private beach - but it is not so busy, even in summer. The photos do not do the property justice. It is far more beautiful than the pictures show. A short walk (be careful), kayak, or a hop in car away is an excellent barbecue place. There are two kayaks to rent for free and sun beds also included. We didn’t see much of the hosts but the lady I spoke to on arrival was charming.

The only problem was that the water pressure and temperature for the shower was it consistent. If you are not in a rush then it’s ok.

The hosts were very kind to wait for us as we arrived almost at midnight. The rooms are spacious and clean, furnished with mini-kitchen, very warm at night thanks to the A/C. The place has its own beach I suppose its very nice in the summertime there.

The kitchenette is not equipped enough to cook anything you want (pans/frying pans), also it would be nice to leave some cooking oil for guests.
